Thank Marlon Brando for bringing the street-tough look to teenage closets when he ruled a pack of motorcycle rebels in the 1954 hit The Wild One.
In addition to their motorcycle jackets, jeans and engineer boots, Brando and his gang wore short-brimmed leather caps called motorcycle caps. Brando’s entire street-tough wardrobe was emulated by teen rebels, and the cap was an absolute necessity for any bopper’s uniform.
