Bozo

Synopsis of Lunch Box

SAT question: Xerox is to copy machines as Bozo is to _______.

A. Isolation Tanks
B. Lamp Shades
C. PCP Freaks
D. Clowns

From the 1950's through the mid 1960's, Bozo the Clown (Yes, the answer is "D"- though "C" is also acceptable) was a merchandising bonanza for Larry Harmon, who bought the franchise in 1956. By the mid-1960's, no type of merchandise was safe from Bozo, and lunchboxes were no exception. In 1963 Aladdin produced this metal dome box with matching steel thermos depicting Bozo in all his clowny madness.
