Aladdin produced the Jonathan Livingston Seagull metal lunchbox with matching plastic thermos in 1973, for all of the "sensitive kids." Originally a book by Richard Bach about a seagull trying to attain a perfect flight, Jonathan Livingston Seagull was made into a movie in 1973 that featured a Neil Diamond soundtrack. Seagull remains a time-capsule of the 1970's, and is well-remembered by many children passing through adolescence as their first "adult" book.
