Synopsis of Lunch Box
Using the dome form for this U.S. Mail metal lunchbox with matching plastic thermos was particularly clever of Aladdin Industries, since ordinary residential mailboxes were often in the exact same shape. The U.S. Mail box was produced in 1969, long before the phrase "Going Postal" meant anything but sending some letters.
