The Daf variomatic 33 was a compact saloon car produced by the DAF company of Eindhoven, in the Netherlands between 1967 and 1974. Outwardly and technically it differed little from its predecessor, the DAF Daffodil.Before the Daffodil was the 750 the original Daf back 1961.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_1771\" style=\"width: 710px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.skooldays.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/DAF-33.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1771\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1771\" title=\"DAF-33\" src=\"http:\/\/www.skooldays.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/DAF-33.jpg\" alt=\"DAF Variomatic 33\" width=\"700\" height=\"556\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.skooldays.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/DAF-33.jpg 700w, https:\/\/www.skooldays.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/DAF-33-160x127.jpg 160w, https:\/\/www.skooldays.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/DAF-33-300x238.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.skooldays.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/DAF-33-377x300.jpg 377w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-1771\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Not much varoom with the DAF Variomatic 33<\/p><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>DAF Variomatic 33 meets it luxury version<\/h2>\n<p>By 1966 the DAF 44 appeared to compete in virtually the same market segment as the Daffodil but then the DAF 33 remained in production with its new name. A more luxurious version became available in 1969.
