Wacky Races 1969
11 madcap drivers racing there socks off, knowing that car 00 (Dick Dastardly and Mutley) had no chance of stopping them from winning the race. Brilliant. The idea for the cartoon was supposedly derived from the film "The Great Race".

With a wicked streak of grey hair he would present sports such as horse racing, football action, rugby, and always from 4pm to 5pm, wrestling with names such as Catweasle, Mick McManus, Big Daddy, Giant Haystacks and a real treat was every so often it was "Tag Team Time". A nostalgic classic.
